->up for 5 years now several servers (Oceans) with an avarage of 500 Players OAAT each.

->i got gr8 friends there and it could add manny new members to AoF which can work in teams, since you got to work in teams to make monney (PoE = Pieces of Eight), and i currently can make a clan (Crew) and with some help a sort of Uber clan (flag).

just a lil example if correct... and if approved i will do it... maybe some deeper research from the leaders needed...

been doin some research:

Crews: average of 50 peeps, I dun recommend this for AoF since crews must take orders from a flag and without flag ur kinda stuck

Flags: average of 150 peeps+, I reccommend this for AoF manny members much fame and ultimate FREEdom

Yea, we also must discuss which server... since we got several and the clan would only be on one... like on Ogame, Tribalwars and Ikariam...

Lets make this a poll.

I would say no and here is why;
It doesnt really go with the style of game that AoF plays
It is not really a very clan/alliance oriented game
It doesnt have much of an RP aspect like all of our other games

This is just my opinion but I'll let the others vote

My last Irockinsf got deleted cause of inactivity,now I got a greenie. I had good stats,its an easy game and it has lots of puzzles but there's.........dicks there....You get real annoyed at a time,but the challenges are fun. I've had about 500k there at one time,heh.....I dont think we should. New crews = good chance to die,and I play Puzzle PIrates for about 6-7 years,Im supposed to know lots.And no,crews wouldnt have to take orders from flags,flags=an alliance of crews,crews=a bunch of people together for earning money basically

YPP only excists for 5 years, and crew defenately have to take oders from their flag... otherwise they get kicked out of the flag, RP has changed a lil...
As for the dicks... you got them everywhere, make sure you got good mates and u don't have to worry

No,YPP doesnt exist for 5 years. Look in Ye>Options and it says Copyright 2001 or 2002.Believe me,I used to play YPP at the age of seven.Even if I started in 2003,its still quite alot of experience.

No,crews dont take orders from flag. They can CHOOSE to help their flag at times of war. There are things to avoid doing the stuff. You can run in battle and disengage if your enemy engages you. 99% of the crews obey the king of the flag because their captain wants to.And also because they themselves want their flag to have a good history

so for the RP they DO follow orders... just take my word

Crews in AoF flag may have to follow orders,but YPP isnt RP......they turn all smilies like and lol and rofl n stuff like that to /me but nobody RPs there.Some people just speak like pirates,but nothing else.

well YPP IS RP cause it's an MMORPG and if you don't RP there doesn't mean we all don't and the YPP chat is piratified, u turns in Ye and ur turns in Yer ect...

so Y!PP IS RP so crews in a flag have to listen to what the FLAG wants, which means Monarch + Royals.

If the result i still unfavorable and u still want to continue ahead and set up an AoF Branch there,it will be considered and u could get a "Yes".

Bear in mind u will have to start right from scratch,because very few members might play this and u will have to recruit a lot i suppose.

I already got a 30+ crew which would auto be in flag they can help out alot

but if you think it would hurt the AoF name i won't make the flag

In my experience,all OceanMasters(admins) roleplay,but normal pirates,only few do. I myself say piratey stuff,but when it comes to puzzles n stuff you forget it.

that's because of Puzzle Vision it's the same as you go to the alex->OA jump and u encounter Nomads, you don't ask for permission to attack... u just own them and fly through the hole...
