A few games to check out

Well i thought of listing a few games which i have heard are quite good or heavily advertised or just picked them randomly from Game Sites that have reviewed them.
The only common criteria being they are "free" and MMOGs.
Those who have time or are looking for some new game can check the following games out-

>Guild Wars
Excellent MMORPG that can be bought in stores, but does not have any monthly fees. Will likely be a leader of the Free MMORPG (no subscription fees) genre for years to come.

>Perfect World-
A good game with many customizations possible.

>Fallen Sword-
Browser based fantasy game.Heard it is quite good.

>Sword of the New World-
If u don't want human vs orc, dwarf vs elf, dark elf vs high elf scenarios then this game is for u.Very good graphics.
However some differ on this and do not recommend this.

>Shaiya Online-
A bit of a mature game,doesn't have cartoon graphics.Has been given many awards.

>Runescape
A very popular MMORPG.

I will add more games to this.

I played shaiya for a few months, definitely worth a look if you are into the fantasy based mmo, free download and free to play except if you want the special items that everyone uses in pvp... then you need to pay for them.

Fun to play with friends, otherwise its grind-tastic XD

I will go check those out except fallen sword...noo more,no morree (in argonian speech),not another browser game...are we a web-browser community or wat?

well sword of the new world is also known as granado espada, most guys plays that in my country...

granado espada allow you to control more than one char,which is cool...but you got to buy the game i think.

oh theres guild war 2 is on the horizon...

shaiya has these unique thing, difficulty mode ultimate, if your char in that mode and killed, if not revived in 3mins that char is permanently deleted!! yes good bye char ultimate.

my first choice;

1-guild wars
2-sword of the new world
3-shaiya

my bro played guild wars for a bit, seemed pretty good

as for the others, i might take a look at em

I was going to buy Guild wars last year but never did for some reason , might look into it again

Runescape = awsome MMORPG

FallenSword is pretty good, especially since it is the one game Hunted Cow Studios have put out that doesn't force you to pay if you want to play for more than one week. Although the FSP for it do cost money, there are free offers, a marketplace, trading options, and Bounties you can complete to get them. If you want to play that one let me get my recruiter link first

I played it for a while, but clicking creature after creature gets annoying after a while, and right now I have a level 129 character sitting half naked in the Backwoods 'Deadwood' rank. Good community though, I have to say. They all have the same humour as me :

@Comfort-I just checked it out.Its not a bad game at all,yes it can become quite troublesome when one has to keep clicking creatures to kill them.

But it can be worth it when u get the right items etc.Have a level 5 char there now.

lol, all the stuff I needed (Manchrusha set, some ther set I can't remember, Ethereal Sword or whatever..) was either Guild Locked or too expensive for me to buy. 200 FSP? You can shove that armor right back up the creatures' a** :

runescapes not bad, i have a RL pal there and im a lvl 50 member with good woodcutting skills

and, theres good enough clan systems, and according to my pal summat called clan wars as well!!!

my username there is Seph Reap, and theres an AoF chat set up from when headhunter played

I also occasionally play runescape.

The purpose of this post is to generate some interest in the community for certain games and open branches of AoF there.

When one game arouses enough interest then create a separate topic otherwise this thread will become too long.
Like in the case of Runescape,discussing it must be done in another topic.

*Only reviews/opinions of games must be posted here and nothing more.To start an AoF Branch in any of these games you just need to announce your intention to do so in another topic.*
